About the Opportunity
As a key member of our team, you'll:
- Identify and source potential banking partners for our global centralized exchange products and services.
- Build and maintain relationships with a global network of banking partners under the guidance of our Banking Partnership Directors.
- Support various administrative needs, from scoping and onboarding to application and operational readiness.
- Collaborate with internal teams—Legal/Compliance, Product, Finance, Local Markets, etc.—to gather essential information for banking and payment partnerships.
What We’re Looking For
We value individuals with:
- Experience: Ideally, 2 years in the banking industry, particularly in relationship management or account opening.
- Web3 Knowledge: Familiarity with payments and banking in the Web3 space is a plus.
- Project Management: Strong ability to manage projects across cross-functional teams and multiple levels of stakeholders.
- Resilience: Ability to perform under pressure, with excellent problem-solving and multitasking skills.
- Independence: Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a remote, fast-paced environment.
- Industry Insight: Profound understanding of the banking industry, including relevant regulations, processes, and controls.
