About The Role

We're excited to offer part-time benefit-eligible opportunities at our Clinic Patient Access Center, one of the fastest-growing contact centers in the country. Right now, we're offering a $500 sign-on bonus to welcome you to the Mercy family.

Although this isn't an immediate work-from-home role, you will have the opportunity to work from home after completing 30 days of on-site training and a 90-day in-office experience, once you meet quality goals.

Full-Time Schedule:

  • Monday-Friday: 7 am - 7 pm (8-hour shifts within this window)
  • Saturday: 8 am - 12 pm

This is an entry-level position with exciting opportunities for growth and promotion.

Key Responsibilities

In this fast-paced contact center environment, you'll be responsible for:

  • Scheduling patient appointments
  • Taking patient messages for Mercy Clinics
  • Providing patients with general information about appointments, messages, or any other Mercy-related questions

Minimum Qualifications

  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Experience: Telephone or face-to-face customer service, or previous healthcare experience
  • Skills: Strong data entry ability, multitasking, direction-taking, professional attitude, compassion, and typing speed of 60 WPM
