Role Responsibilities:
- Create storyboards, sample layouts, and visual designs using various tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Lectora, Captivate, and Storyline 360/Rise.
- Develop creative project materials on time and ensure top creative quality.
- Collaborate with Learning Managers, Project Managers, and Instructional Designers.
Requirements:
- Strong visual design skills with a background in graphic design.
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
- Experience with e-learning design tools like Storyline 360, Rise, Lectora (or other proprietary tools) is a plus.
- Fluency in English and the ability to meet short deadlines.
Preferred:
- Experience in e-learning or classroom-based training design.
- Diploma or degree in design or related field, or relevant work experience.
