ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking a passionate Casual Sales Assistant to join our team at the soon-to-open Michael Kors store in Manawa Bay. In this role, you will report directly to the Store Manager and will be responsible for:

  • Engaging with customers to maximize sales opportunities.
  • Delivering exceptional customer service and creating memorable shopping experiences through visual merchandising and styling.
  • Proactively maintaining long-term relationships with customers.
  • Assisting with stock replenishment and ensuring the store is always well-presented.

ABOUT YOU

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience in the retail industry.
  • Strong selling skills with a track record of meeting sales targets.
  • Experience using a POS system.
  • Excellent relationship-building skills and the ability to maintain long-term client relationships.
  • The ability to work independently when required.
