ABOUT THE ROLE
We are seeking a passionate Casual Sales Assistant to join our team at the soon-to-open Michael Kors store in Manawa Bay. In this role, you will report directly to the Store Manager and will be responsible for:
- Engaging with customers to maximize sales opportunities.
- Delivering exceptional customer service and creating memorable shopping experiences through visual merchandising and styling.
- Proactively maintaining long-term relationships with customers.
- Assisting with stock replenishment and ensuring the store is always well-presented.
ABOUT YOU
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Previous experience in the retail industry.
- Strong selling skills with a track record of meeting sales targets.
- Experience using a POS system.
- Excellent relationship-building skills and the ability to maintain long-term client relationships.
- The ability to work independently when required.
