Duties and Positions

• Create strategic plans to maximise output.

• Evaluate and enhance the effectiveness of the organisation by building new procedures, managing staff, fostering a highly motivated work atmosphere, and coming up with creative ways to make improvements.

• Assume leadership of all departments and make sure that they are productive and compliant.

• Offer direction and criticism to assist others in developing a certain knowledge or skill set.

• Manage daily operations, setting weekly performance targets and ensuring they are met while achieving your own objectives

• Closely collaborate with the HR manager to find, hire, and develop top talent in order to meet sales, profit, and business plan goals.

• Closely collaborate on budgeting and reward programmes with GM Finance.

• Follow project schedules to guarantee that work is completed on schedule.
• Assign tasks to the most capable workers, ensuring that they are carried out in accordance with all rules, regulations, guidelines, standards, training courses, and cultural norms.

• Handle internal staff disputes effectively and in a way that benefits all parties.

• Cooperate closely with management to accomplish company objectives.

🌐 Any Indian or GCC national

🎓 MBA/PG Diploma in Business Management (Marketing, International Business)

• A business management bachelor's or master's degree, or a similar degree

• Experience in the jewellery industry is required.
