Job Specifications:

Duties and Positions:

• Monitors every part of the building to provide a secure and hygienic atmosphere for both patrons and members, and to guarantee the correct functioning of all club areas.

• Keep an eye on the ventilation, heating, and air conditioning systems, and collaborate with building facility maintenance to address any problems.

• Make sure the fitness centre building is kept secure and safe when it's not in use.

• Conducts a daily walk-through, keeps a maintenance log, and works closely with the general manager and operations manager to discuss club maintenance issues and repairs.

• Keeps all equipment's history files up to date.

• Obtain supplies, equipment, tools, and repair parts.
