Primary Accountabilities:

Project Administration:

Oversee fit-out and joinery projects from start to finish.

Ascertain the timely, budgeted, and scope-compliant completion of every project.

To guarantee that the project specifications are fulfilled, coordinate with the contractors, architects, and designers.

Technical Proficiency:

Provide technical advice and solutions to problems with joinery and fit-out.

Make sure that the company's high standards for quality and workmanship are met by every task.

Examine and understand technical drawings, specifications, and blueprints.

Quality Assurance:

To make sure that safety and quality requirements are being followed, conduct routine inspections.

Deal with any problems or flaws right away.

Establish and uphold a strict quality control procedure throughout the duration of the project.

Group Headship:

Oversee and direct a group of proficient artisans and subcontractors.

Train team members and offer guidance.

Encourage a cooperative and effective work atmosphere.

Customer Relations:

Retain a close rapport with clients by attending to their wants and worries.

Make sure the client is satisfied and provide regular updates on the project.

Respond to customer feedback and make the required adjustments.

Qualifications:

• A bachelor's degree in architecture, civil engineering, or a similar discipline.
• Five years minimum of experience working on fit-out and joinery projects.s
• Trong familiarity with joinery methods, supplies, and best practices.
• Exceptional organisational and project management abilities.
• Adept in using the tools and technologies for project management.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Meticulousness and a dedication to producing work of the highest calibre.
• The capacity to fulfil deadlines and work under duress.
