Educational Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Master`s in Business/Economics/Bank Management or any other relevant discipline from leading business school/university. No third division in academic records.


Experience Requirements

• At least 20 year(s)

Additional Requirements

• Minimum 20 years of experience in a commercial bank in the area of business development functions. Must be in C-level at present or member of Senior Management Team or MANCOM member of any reputed bank. Leadership role in excellence of business development complying metrices inclusive of compliance, control, service and development of human resources.

• Extensive business/product development knowledge and relationship management skills.

• Strategic and innovative thinker and can see the big picture of the organization.

• Smart, team player, paired with agile mindset and can-do attitude.

• Excellent presentation and communication skills.

• Capacity to persuade and influence 

people.
